Our team is made up of compassionate, experienced instructors who are passionate about nurturing the well-being of children and families. Each team member brings a unique blend of mindfulness training, youth development experience, and a deep love for helping others grow from the inside out.

We don’t just teach breathing, movement, and affirmations—we live it. Our staff is here to make sure every child feels seen, supported, and empowered, whether it’s their first session or their fiftieth.

Tiffianie King

Tiffianie King, founder of 3BFIT Body Beauty Brain LLC, is a Certified Vinyasa Meditation/Yoga Instructor with a background in Psychology and over 15 years of experience working with youth and families. Her mindfulness journey began in 1997 and became a daily practice by 2005.

Inspired by her teaching experience and training in Conscious Discipline, Tiffianie created 3BFIT to make wellness simple, accessible, and impactful. She is passionate about helping children and families build confidence, self-awareness, and emotional strength.

Dr. Michael Edwards

Dr. Michael Edwards is a certified personal trainer through the American Council on Exercise (ACE) with over 15 years of experience in fitness and coaching. A former YMCA instructor, he has led a variety of group classes, including power pump, choreographed floor, and step aerobics.

 

Michael offers both virtual and in-person personal training sessions through our platform. His energetic approach and belief in making fitness fun help clients stay motivated and committed to their health journey.

Shereeta Lanease Petty Lacey

Sheretta Lanease Petty Lacey is a dedicated social entrepreneur with over 20 years of experience as a servant leader, connector, and certified personal medicine health coach specializing in holistic nutrition. She is also a 200-hour certified yoga instructor with a focus on emotional wellness, 12-step recovery, and children's yoga.

Sheretta is deeply committed to creating spaces for healing and empowerment. Her guiding motto: “I live my life in service to make a difference for others and help heal the women of the world.”

When applied, mindfulness can enhance the quality of everyday living, help to relive anxiety and stress as well as help increasing grades and lowering behavior issues.

 

Mindfulness has been proven to improve concentration within children who practice consistently, as well as increase greater awareness of themselves and their surroundings.
