Empowering kids and families with simple, fun, and affordable wellness practices one bubble breath at a time.

Each session blends simple mindfulness tools with fun, hands-on activities. A typical session might include bubble breathing for calm, mirror work for positive self-talk, and gentle yoga or movement to build body awareness. Everything is designed to be engaging, easy to follow, and supportive of your child’s emotional and physical well-being.

What happens in a typical 3BFIT session?

Not at all! We believe in using what’s already around you. For example, bubbles, a small mirror, and a soft space for movement are all you need. We'll give you a list of suggested items before class—and many of our activities can be done with household items you already have.

Do I need any special equipment for virtual classes?

Our programs are designed for school-age children (typically ages 5–12), but we welcome families and caregivers to join in too! Whether your child is just learning to identify their feelings or is ready to build deeper confidence and body awareness, we have tools that meet them where they are.

What age group are your classes and sessions designed for?

Yes! We encourage it. While our sessions are designed with children in mind, parent or caregiver participation can help reinforce the tools at home. Plus, it’s a great way to bond, support your child’s growth, and even practice mindfulness together as a family.
